About

John Paliferro is a Los Angeles raised comedian who first started writing and performing comedy in 2010 and has never looked back. He’s trained at nearly every theatre in Los Angeles, including: UCB, iO, Groundlings, and the Nerdist.

An alum of UCB’s sketch and improv program, John has written several shows for them, been on a their house improv team, ShadowFax, and has written and performed for more bit shows than he cares to remember.

Currently, you can catch him with his iO West Mainstage sketch team, Jet Jaguar, which performs a brand new show every month.

His writing credits include: Comedy Central’s Trip Tank, The 2016 CBS Diversity Showcase, The Native American Skins Showcase, and The San Fran Sketchfest to name a few. His sketches have appeared on Huffington Post, Funny or Die, and Splitsider.

John also acts, when you pay him. He has appeared on FX’s Legit, a few failed pilots for ABC, and an appearance on Mystery Diners that he’d rather forget but his friends won’t.

When he isn’t writing or acting, he spends his free time creating the greatest website known to man, Selleckandme.com. Dedicated to the one and only Tom Selleck, who gives advice to men on being manlier.
